Effective, Scalable, and User-Friendly H&S System
We’ve been using Safety Hangar for about 8 months now across a group of companies in engineering, construction, electrical, refrigeration and renewables. Keeping everyone aligned on health and safety used to be a major headache, but this platform has really simplified things.
We were looking for something flexible enough to handle RAMS, training records, policies and more, without needing 5 different systems. Safety Hangar ticked all the boxes – especially with the custom form builder and live training matrix.
One of the biggest wins for us has been building our own training courses inside the platform – it’s completely changed how we onboard new starters.
Overall, it's made health and safety feel less like admin and more like something we’re actively managing and improving. Solid platform, very scalable, and good value too.

I have to admit, I was initially sceptical. Ann had been persistent in getting me to take a demo, and I kept putting it off, thinking, "It's just another software package."
From the moment I saw the demo, I was extremely impressed. The software is truly fantastic. It's not just about Health and Safety, which is already incredibly comprehensive; it covers so much more! Job tracking, document management and so many other everyday requirements.
The QR coding feature, this is a game changer! It's revolutionised how we manage our assets. It's so efficient and user-friendly.
I went from reluctant to fully on board in just one demo. If you're on the fence, take the demo. You won't regret it. Amazing software!

This has saved me so much time, as I am also on the tools and running a business part of my weekends were taken up by rams and organising the health and safety. This software has made it so much easier and having someone on hand to help has made a huge difference. A Complete Health & Safety Management Solution
Our previous system was not particularly user-friendly. One of the biggest frustrations was that if an error was identified after a Risk Assessment (RA) or Method Statement (MS) had been created, we had to start the entire assessment from scratch rather than simply amend the existing document. This was both time-consuming and inefficient.
Safety Hangar Limited provided the perfect solution. Not only have they combined Risk Assessments and Method Statements into a single, streamlined document, but the platform offers so much more than we initially expected.
Managing health and safety, documentation, assets, and subcontractors has become significantly easier. The QR code asset management feature is particularly useful, allowing us to assign QR codes to equipment and instantly access relevant information. We can also upload all site-related documents into one central location, giving both employees and contractors quick and easy access to everything they need.
The subcontractor management tools are excellent. Contractors can check in and out of sites directly from their location, while checklists are simple to create, distribute, complete, and return. Having all these functions integrated into a single platform has greatly improved our efficiency and compliance processes.
The level of service provided by Safety Hangar Limited has been outstanding from start to finish. The team delivered several informative demonstrations, allowing us to fully understand the system before making a decision. The sign-up process was straightforward, and the onboarding support was exceptional. We were guided through the setup process step by step, and whenever we had questions, the comprehensive "How-To" guides were readily available and easy to follow.
